What is the Collaboration Hub?
The OCGA Collaboration Hub is a non-co-located international team led by the Director for Global collaboration. The Collaboration Hub comprises volunteers or staff who represent our MCs and ministries, offering their unique talent, expertise, and experience to benefit the partners of the OCGA.
The core functions of the Hub are:
- Facilitate ongoing effective communication throughout the Global Alliance
- Coordinate Resource Teams and facilitate their connection to the Global Alliance
- Support the leadership of OCGA Mobilization Centers with special expertise and experience as requested.
- Convene expert strategic thinkers to foster effective collaboration and networking.
- Be aware of and communicate the various ministry resources, needs, and opportunities within the OCGA.
- Help identify resources and opportunities to provide excellence in Member Care for OCGA personnel.
- Respond to Alliance Team priorities and internal issues at the direction of the Guidance Team.
