Christian leaders identified, motivated, trained, coached, and mobilized to reproduce mature Christ-like leaders and churches to reach communities holistically throughout Southern Africa since 1988.

Motivation and relevant training and publications are offered for church leaders of local, regional and national stature.  Leaders will be assisted to generate goals and plans and to mobilize for leadership development, church planting, church health, church growth, community transformation, and cross-cultural ministry.  Strategic partnerships are initiated with key leaders and other organizations to assist in planning, training, and expansion of vision.
