The US Mobilization center is devoted to mobilizing, equipping, caring for and serving US workers ministering in the US and globally. In addition, US-MC leaders represent OC-USA in several global and national networks through relationship building, involvement in key events and collaborative efforts. 

Principle ministries in 2023  

• Supporting the ministries of OC-USA workers and teams globally through personnel, training, financial, communications, IT, and member care services.  
• Facilitating OC-USA collaboration across the OC Global Alliance and serving on the Guidance Team.  
• Ministering to pre-field missionaries and those on home assignment through services, training, and summer programs.  
• Co-facilitating the Colorado Springs’ Ministry CEO Network and maintaining the Directory of ministries in the Colorado Springs area.  
• Connecting our global workers and US-MC in prayer and the Word through weekly virtual chapels.  
• Engagement in global networks such as the World Evangelical Alliance, the WEA Mission Commission, the Global Church Planting Network, NextMove, and the Majority World Mission Leaders Conversation.  
• Active involvement in regional networks such as MissioNexus, The Movement for African National Initiatives (MANI), and MANI North America. We have accepted the responsibility for global registrations for MANI 2026.  
• Lifeworkx, the Global Ministry Team, the International Ministries Team, the Global Research Team, and Sports Ambassadors are departments under the US Mobilization Center.

The US Mobilization also hosts ministries for the church in North America, like SEPAL USA and Near Frontiers. It also provides leadership for several OC Global Alliance Thematic Ministry Teams like the Diaspora Network, DMM Network, and Global Research Team.
