SEPAL Colombia was formed in 1964 to help strengthen local churches' global outreach. Most of the team is focused on evangelism and discipleship—leadership training. The team has developed its approach around the pastoral care of teams, pastors, and individuals. This implies an investment of time in their personal lives.
Discipleship is developed on all levels, from unbelievers to lay leaders, teams, companies, and institutions, with strategic planning tools, inner healing, mentoring, and discussions of sacred texts in university environments and family groups.
