What an exciting year this has been. We are still gathering numbers for 2025, but based on the initial reports I have seen, we are celebrating another wonderful year of ministry and God’s blessing. It’s hard to believe, but the data indicates that approximately two million people have become disciples of Jesus through the work of our Alliance over the past 15 years. God continues to move and work in our world, and we are humbled and blessed to be part of it.
This year, we have recognized the important goal of being a humble, empowering space for the next generation of global Christian workers. To achieve this, we are intentionally engaging our younger workers and inviting them to help shape the future of our Alliance.
As we approach 2026, we are launching a new leadership development program to nurture the next generation of leaders across all our locations. We will pair emerging leaders with experienced mentors who will build relationships, make introductions, provide coaching, and open doors for the next generation to engage in local, national, and international leadership circles. This will ensure a continuous stream of young, innovative leaders for decades to come.
We will also create new forums and opportunities to hear from and learn from our younger leaders around the world. The OC Global Alliance is a growing, learning collaboration, and we trust God to guide us in being a transformational presence wherever He sends us.
We are currently gathering our ministry data for 2025 and look forward to sharing our annual ministry report with you early next year. Please pray with us as we enter December, a month when most of our personnel focus on support raising and connecting with our many ministry partners. It would be interesting to research, but I suspect that nearly a hundred thousand partners pray for us or support our Global Alliance financially each year. We are so grateful for all of our partners. We could not do this without you!
