Director's Blog - July 2026 - New Team Members

The Collaboration Hub Team (Hub Team) welcomed two new members this month.  Marc and Teresa Pinneo are joining the team as Member Care Associates to serve our teams and enhance our ability to care for our 1200 OCGA personnel worldwide.  They have been providing member care to missionaries in the field (mostly Brazilian) through mentoring, coaching, debriefing, and field visits.  They are excited to now serve with the Collaboration Hub as a resource to our OC Global Alliance.

Marc (American) and Teresa (Brazilian) have been married for six years this month and have been serving with One Challenge USA and SEPAL Brazil in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for five years. Teresa has served the Lord for most of her life in cross-cultural evangelism, children-at-risk ministries, biblically based community development programs, missionary coaching, mentoring, and member care. After completing two careers in the automotive and banking industries, raising four children, serving in men’s ministry, teaching the Bible, and mentoring, Marc’s former wife went to be with the Lord in 2017. Upon meeting Teresa and becoming engaged, the Lord directed Marc to sell everything, leave secular work, and fulfil his lifelong dream of serving God on the mission field.
