Criag Kraft walks alongside national ministry leaders who carry heavy responsibilities and often serve in difficult environments.  Many of these leaders are under a lot of stress.  Craig provides care, coaching, and companionship to support these leaders and help them access partnerships and resources, so they don't just survive in ministry but thrive and multiply their impact. 

For more that 35 years, Craig and Heather have faithfully followed God's call wherever it has led across the U.S., Canada, Eswatini, the Philippines, South Africa, and Zimbabwe.  Their journey has been marked by a simple but powerful commitment to invest in people and develop leaders who will disciple others.

The Global Alliance exists to develop leaders who multiply churches that disciple nations.  With ministry in over 100 countries, their vision is both global and deeply personal: seeing lives, communities, and nations transformed through discipleship.

Craig serves by strengthening collaboration among more than 1,200 missionaries worldwide, helping national team leaders communicate, cooperate, and move forward together in mission.  Looking ahead, the goal is bold but necessary... to recruit and equip 100 new missionary mobilizers in the next three years.  Why?  Because new opportunities are opening, and more workers are needed to step into them.  The heart behind this vision is that every person would have the opportunity to experience the presence of Christ, hear the gospel, and be discipled in their own community.
