Across the OC Global Alliance, faithful leaders are serving in complex and changing ministry contexts. At the same time, a new generation of emerging leaders is ready to grow, serve, and help carry the mission forward.
That is why we are launching Stepping Up, an intergenerational leadership development initiative designed to cultivate servant leaders who understand the times, serve with humility, and are prepared to lead faithfully into the future.
Through mentoring relationships, cohort gatherings, leadership exposure, and hands-on participation in global ministry initiatives, Stepping Up will help emerging leaders grow in character, capacity, and calling. It will also strengthen the Alliance by building a clearer leadership pipeline for the years ahead.
Your gift will help make this possible. Funds raised will support leadership development opportunities, mentoring connections, cohort gatherings, and the participation of emerging leaders in future GA events, including an Emerging Leaders Gathering in Brazil 2027.
