The OCGA Collaboration Hub helps strengthen global ministry by connecting leaders, teams, and resources across the OC Global Alliance. Serving fourteen partnering mobilization centers, the Hub creates pathways for communication, prayer, coaching, leadership care, resource sharing, and collaborative problem-solving across geographic, cultural, and organizational boundaries.

Why the Hub Matters
The Hub Team is a virtual team of eleven members and associates from five Mobilization Centers. Together, they serve leaders and teams through global collaboration, strategic planning, communication, prayer, coaching, mobilization, and leadership development.

Ministry Impact
In just three years, the Hub Team has helped the Alliance move forward in significant ways. The team has responded to needs for conflict mediation, strategic planning, leadership transition support, and pastoral care for senior leaders who often have few other places to turn.
The Hub Team has also helped develop a global strategic ministry plan and encouraged partners to collaborate more effectively for kingdom impact. As teams grow in unity, they are better equipped to innovate, support one another, and make disciples.
