Outreach Canada has launched a brand-new national initiative to take place across Canada on June 28.
Recently featured on 100 Huntly Street (a Canadian TV Program), Outreach Canada is inviting churches across Canada to join them in celebrating the gospel on the same Sunday. They have invited churches to sign in to a special website to share stories and videos about how they are seeing the Gospel at work in their community.
They have produced a toolbox with a short video that can be shared in churches to highlight a sample of churches and ministries where the gospel is alive in Canada. They also provide suggestions and assets to help churches celebrate the Gospel on June 28th.
JULY 3rd Update - It was a slow start for Gospel Alive Day but 50 churches across the country registered for the event and feedback is starting to trickle in. It is our hope and prayer that this will be a spark that continues to grow through the year and more participants will engage next year. The Gospel is alive in Canada and we want to continue celebrating that as we continue to pray for spiritual renewal and growth in our nation.
