OC Global Alliance – Emerging Leaders Initiative

Invitation to Apply

The OC Global Alliance (OCGA) is inviting emerging and younger leaders to apply to be part of a growing, relational initiative focused on connection, prayer, and shared learning across the global OC family.

This initiative is designed for leaders who sense God’s call toward greater involvement in global collaboration and who would benefit from relational exposure to experienced leaders, participation in global conversations, and connection with peers from diverse regions and ministry contexts.

Rather than a formal program, the OCGA Emerging Leaders initiative emphasizes:

• Relationship over structure
• Prayer, discernment, and shared spiritual life
• Learning through proximity, observation, and dialogue
• Connection to key global gatherings and leadership forums

Participants will be invited into selected OCGA spaces to listen, learn, contribute, and grow alongside senior leaders, while building trusted relationships with other emerging leaders around the world.
