A 12-module
pastoral development program. Ministry Leadership Training. Also, we plan
to translate Mom’s in Prayer curriculum booklet into Hmong and give it to
HBC. Lastly, Tembusu (women’s discipleship curriculum) is being revised,
and we will be given to ECV-N and HBC.
A revised 12 module leadership development curriculum was completed, and 9 Hmong pastors were tutored to become master trainers for their peers. These 9 chose 9 apprentices and will begin coaching them and together they will teach the 12 modules to 200 other leaders over the next two years. This is most significant because resourcing a greater number of pastors with an embedded multiplication aspect was a long term outcome for in the program. Additionally, we are providing a Mom’s in Prayer booklet to HBC and training 150 pastor’s wives to utilize this prayer guide. It is significant because the motivation and materials which fuel prayer and the knowledge of God are foundational for revival.
