We are developing a project with one of the largest denominations in Brazil, the Pentecostal church God is Love, with 14,000 churches. We are working with about 650 reference churches of the denomination that multiply to the others, implanting a culture of discipleship and development of leaders. We started 4 years ago with about 1,100 leaders who had the homework of making new disciples each period and now we already have 18,000 people involved in discipleship in the denomination. In the coming years this will change the dynamics of the denomination and the churches.
We have 48 face-to-face trainings per year in 12 regions of the country and 17 monthly online mentoring groups with the pastors of the denomination.
